A Control Scheme for a Quasi-Z Source Three-Phase Inverter

This paper presents a novel control scheme for three-phase quasi-z source inverter (qZSI) using capacitor voltage and input current-based sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) technique. The proposed combines the advantages of both qZSI SPWM techniques to achieve improved performance. technique utilizes signal, which is compared with high-frequency triangular carrier wave two shoot-through (ST) references determine switching states qZSI. positive negative ST are obtained from voltages current, allowing DC bus inverter. Additionally, generates signal through decoupling in dq reference frame. detailed analysis includes its operating principle, transient state, steady-state responses, effects parameter variations. Simulation studies conducted MATLAB/Simulink assess performance under scheme. simulation results demonstrate effectiveness terms output quality, control, robustness against Overall, shows promising improvements robustness, as confirmed comprehensive studies.
